How do I get into the gym?

Once you join and purchase a membership, download the Glofox App for your mobile device. You will be assigned a Barcode that you can scan at the front door to unlock the door. For your protection and ours the facility is monitored by Cameras.

What hours are you open?

Our Staffed Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, but the gym is accessible to members 24/7/365.

Can I rent a locker at the Gym?

Lockers are on a first come first serve basis.

Can I bring a friend for a workout?

Absolutely! Members are able to bring one person at a time, once per month. Please remember they are your responsibility at all times and you must be at the gym with them. Our hope is they will want to join us so there is no charge for this privilege.

Do you have showers and change-rooms?

We do have a change area however there are no showers.

How do I get the Glofox app?

You can download the mobile app for your Iphone or android by clicking the link or scanning the QR codes below.

Is there WI-Fi?

Yes, we offer free wi-fi and the password will be listed at the front desk upon your arrival.

How do I book a Personal Trainer?

Give us a call, or send us an email and we would love to discuss your personal needs for training.

Are there age requirements to join the Gym?

As much as we would like to offer our services to everyone, our insurance dictates that anyone under 16 has to be supervised.
